MICROACTION FIGURES

When you’re faced with the larger societal and cultural problem of diversity, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But there are small things we can do, every day, that make a difference. At The 3% Conference, Cindy Gallop coined these things “microactions.”

From there, MicroAction Figures were born. These crowd-sourced action figures are a way to combat office inequality by recognizing when someone does something right.

These equality-fighting figurines and subsequent cards are a way to say to your coworkers, hey, good job being a decent human.
